Test kiểm tra NO3 Sera là một loại test chuyên dụng, dùng để kiểm tra hàm lượng NO₃ trong môi trường nước, nhất là ao nuôi trồng thủy sản
Một trong những mối quan tâm chính của chất thải trong ao nuôi là Nitơ, thể hiện qua hàm lượng NH₃, NO₂, NO₃. Trong đó, NH₃có thể được loại bỏ thông qua quá trình Nitrate hóa. Đây là chu trình 2 bước được thực hiện bởi vi khuẩn tự dưỡng (vi khuẩn Nitrate hóa). NH₃ được chuyển hóa thành NO₂ và sau đó chuyển hóa thành NO₃.
Nitrate (NO3) chỉ gây độc với tôm nuôi trong ao khi hàm lượng tích lũy ở mức cao. Tuy nhiên, càng về cuối vụ nuôi, lượng NO3 càng tích lũy nhiều, nhưng các giải pháp để giảm nồng độ NO3 (thay nước hoặc công nghệ khử Nitrit sinh học) lại rất tốn kém.
Chính vì vậy, để giảm thiểu tối đa những tốn kém, kiểm tra chất lượng ao nuôi là việc làm cần được tiến hành thường xuyên để sớm tìm được hướng cải tạo môi trường nước. Và NO3 là một trong những hàm lượng cần được kiểm soát.
Dùng test kiểm tra môi trường nước là một phương pháp dễ thực hiện, đem lại kết quả nhanh. Trong đó, test NO3 Sera là một loại test chuyên dụng, dùng để kiểm tra hàm lượng NO₃ trong môi trường nước, nhất là ao nuôi trồng thủy sản tiện lợi như thế.

Cách sử dụng Test Kiểm tra NO3 Sera

1.     Làm sạch trong và ngoài lọ thủy tinh bằng nước máy trước và sau mỗi lần kiểm tra. Lắc đều chai thuốc thử trước khi sử dụng.
2.     Rửa lọ thủy tinh nhiều lần bằng mẫu nước cần kiểm tra, sau đó đổ 10ml mẫu nước vào lọ. Lau khô bên ngoài lọ.
3.     Nhỏ 6 giọt thuốc thử của chai thuốc thử số 1 vào lọ chứa mẫu nứơc cần kiểm tra.
4.     Nhỏ 6 giọt thuốc thử của chai thuốc thử số 2 vào lọ chứa mẫu nứơc cần kiểm tra.
5.     Cho 1 muỗng lường thuốc thử số 3 vào lọ chứa mẫu. Đậy nắp và lắc đều trong 15 giây.
6.     Mở nắp cho 6 giọt thuốc thử số 4 vào lọ và lắc đều dung dịch.
7.     Đợi 5 phút đối chiếu với bảng so màu. Nên thực hiện việc so màu dưới ánh sáng tự nhiên, tránh ánh sáng mặt trời trực tiếp chiếu vào.

Bảo quản Test Kiểm tra NO3 Sera

Đóng nắp chai thuốc thử ngay sau khi sử dụng, lưu trữ nơi thoáng mát và để tránh xa tầm tay trẻ em.
